While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, TheRealKarlito provides a Buy-Back Program for jewelry, gold, and diamonds. Should you choose to sell an item back to us, we will offer a competitive price based on current market value, which is standard practice in the industry. Exclusion for Lab-Grown Diamonds

Please be aware that lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for our Buy-Back Program and are completely non-refundable. We encourage clients to consider their purchase of lab-grown diamonds carefully, as these sales are utterly final.
